Returns & Refunds

At GLINA3, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

• Notification: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving the item. You can do this by clicking our [Withdrawal Button] or emailing office@glina3.com with your order number.
• Return Period: After notification, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back to us.
• Handling & Condition: You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical store. If the item is returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature (e.g., visible wear or damage), we reserve the right to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse your shipping costs in full.

Refund Process

• Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs (standard delivery) within 14 days of your notification.
• Verification: We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of return shipment.
• Method: The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
