1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the GLINA3 online store.
1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 GLINA3 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
2. Products
2.1 GLINA3 produces and sells 3D-printed ceramic mugware and related products.
2.2 Each piece is handcrafted/3D-printed; therefore, slight variations in color, size, or texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique character.
2.3 Product descriptions and images are created with care but may differ slightly from the delivered product.
3. Orders and Agreement
3.1 An order becomes binding once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.
3.2 GLINA3 reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
4.3 Payments must be made using the available payment methods at the time of ordering. Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
5.2 Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands & Belgium: 15 business days
Rest of Europe: 15 business days
United Kingdom: 15 business days
United States & Rest of the World: 25 business days
5.3 Delivery times are estimates. GLINA3 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external circumstances.
5.4 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Customers may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy are met.
6.2 Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and securely shipped.
6.3 Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
7. Warranty
7.1 GLINA3 guarantees that products are free from material defects upon delivery.
7.2 Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
7.3 Ceramics are fragile; customers are advised to handle products with care.
8. Liability
8.1 GLINA3 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.2 Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All designs, product images, content, and materials on the GLINA3 website remain the intellectual property of GLINA3.
9.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use GLINA3’s content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 GLINA3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
11.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
