Please ensure your shipping information is complete and written in Latin characters (A–Z, 0–9).
Using non-Latin characters (e.g., Chinese, Cyrillic, Arabic) may result in delivery issues.

GLINA3 is not responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information or the use of unsupported characters. In such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for any reshipping costs or losses incurred.
